20, 22 & 25 January updates

> The Thermonuclear Smoke devils are now somewhat less aggressive - only one of them will turn aggressive, the other two will not attack unless provoked, making them easier to solo
> I've removed the magic stone that I had accidentally put into the Burnt Chest at the TSD dungeon (wrong ID). I've added a few other items, including runes, gold leaf and mahogany planks and a 1B ticket so the chest is still worth it. > Elite clue caskets have received a small buff in their items
> I fixed the rarity of all casket drops in https://wiki.pkhonor.net/stats/drops, all items were flagged as being more rare than they actually were (nothing changed in-game, just our wiki droptable)

> As of now, you can use two-handed weapons in a duel if shields are disabled, but only if you use Limited Weapons and the weapon is in the list of allowed weapons. Players now receive this warning as soon as they enter the duel arena. Hopefully that should allow for safe and enjoyable dclaws staking
> Fixed a glitch where using barrage in the wilderness would cause barraged players (other than your initial target) to get skulled if they retaliate
> The Barrelchests now drop a lot more coins (in stacks of up to 10M coins) and now also drop hard and elite clue scrolls. However, the droprates on the Dagon'Hai equipment has been lowered and they now use all 3 combat types instead of just melee and ranged.

The TSD drops a lot of useful and/or expensive items, hard/elite clue scrolls, as well as:
- The Occult Necklace (very rare, tradeable), which increases your magic damage by +25% and has a +12 prayer bonus, but other than that offers no bonuses whatsoever. This means it does a little more damage than the Arcane pulse necklace (+20% damage), but with +0 instead of +4 magic attack bonus.
- A key (rare, tradeable) to open the chest in the middle of the room. When opening the chest, you have a chance at obtaining a decent item, a nice stack of coins or 20 - 80 slayer points.
- And of course, the Baby Smoke Devil!
Notes:
- The TSD can be assigned as elite slayer task (requires 100+ combat level)
- The TSD is registered in the bookcase with your boss kills

> Added a measure to prevent Barricade spamming, as of now you can only put down 1 barricade every 6 seconds
> As of now, any beer barrels inside a Player-Owned House will give the mature (better) version when you use a beer glass on it, even if you're only a visitor in the house.

Cades... 1 per 10 sec? That's waaaaaay too long, Mike. 1 ever 3-5 sec would be perfect...

Agreed 3-4 secs would be ideal. 10 sec might be way too long when capping or defending

As a elite cw player, I've never seen you play cw... And ask anyone if i spam cades. If you are going to come at me, atleast have some real facts about me rather than make up stuff.Matt wrote:10 seconds is fine... Enough arguing already.
If you guys want the timer lowered, I'll set up a poll to decide on the timer, but for now we'll see how 10 seconds works. It's too soon to really decide whether that's too long anyway.
