Clue scrolls

Why hasn't there been an easier method to introducing easy and medium clue scrolls? If it's because of the alch value of the items then just decrease the alch value or make the items more rare, but I know this has been an issue since the release of master clues with no official fix yet...
Being the best player on PkHonor is hard, I just make it look easy

I remember seeing a thread like this a couple of months back where there was a suggestion for increased rates on lower tier scrolls. Brother @Brant help please!

I have nothing to contribute to the discussion about clue scrolls but please for the love of God use smaller images for your signature.

I am almost tempted to turn them off again for the entire forums just cause of yours.
