Iron man road to 1B prayer.

IMO the 2nd most challenging goal for an iron man to complete is the 2B prayer XP.
I will be going for 1B prayer (not 2b since 1b will take me long enough )

I will be doing Frost or Mithril dragons for the XP + bones.
Frosts are the better choise XP wise, but miths offer a lot of other drops as well and those items are worth the less XP/h.

Note : all my current prayer XP is from the bonecrusher only. Never burried any bones I got as drop. I will try do it like this as long as possible.

Naaah, 5 max.
at miths I don't even get 2m xp/h.

EDIT: I think miths are like 1M xp/h max
