When sending a PM or mail, please use subject
Title says all - if anyone wants to mail or PM me, please please please use an appropriate subject (like 'donation problem', 'something something bug report'), because most of the time I'm just skimming over my mails and PM's and answer to the ones that seem most important.
If you're going to title your PM 'hey' or 'pls help', most of the time I'm not even going to read it at all (and most of my PM's actually do have a stupid subject like that). Yes, I should read all my PM's or mails, but most of the time, I just don't because the more time I spend reading PM's, the less I'm working on actual in-game development and the more I feel like I'm just wasting my time. Every now and then an important PM goes lost because the subject didn't seem important enough for me to even open it in the first place.
Long story short: using an appropriate subject not only makes my job easier (because I know which ones are actually important and which are not), but you're also helping yourself by not running the risk of having your PM being overlooked by me. Most people expect at least a reply, but the sad truth is that I simply don't read all my PM's. Sorry.
Incase you think I'm the only person who does this, think again. A lot of people everywhere receive lots of mails, and if the subject isn't properly filled out, they're not even going to open the mail in the first place. If anything, it should be a valuable lesson for when you're trying to message a person of importance.
To clarify, I'll give you a few examples of recent messages that I did read:
"People can tab on 0 hp?"
"Amazing spot for Botters"
"Combat Bugs"
"::r not working"
Some recent messages I didn't even open yet because they don't seem important (even though they might be, I don't know, their loss):
"Please"
"Sorry to bug you"
"Hello there"
"Hello"
"Help"
"Hey Mike"

Ok, I will next time.
This will be mike from now on when you send him a message without a subject.

More like this, actually
It's not that I mind, it's just that I'm going to skip over it a lot.

Would "Katie Price Nude Leak" get your attention any faster than the aforementioned examples?

First one to title their unimportant PM "massive dupe in progress" will probably get a lifetime ban. ^^

I wish I was important enough to get enough messages that I had to skip the non-important ones.
