[Poll] Honors in PvM instances

As a follow-up poll to the discussion thread regarding honors in PvM, I have set up a first poll to find out what the community prefers in terms of honors inside instances.
If there is no clear majority for one or more of the options, we may decide to tweak the options further based on community feedback.

The options "spawning", "overloads", "scaling HP" and "scaling drops" are only relevant if we would allow honors to take part in private instances at all.

Note that we currently only have instances for Nex, but instances for all other GWD bosses and the Nightmare (and possibly other bosses) will be added in the near future.

IMO honor should be present in the background, with 99 stats, the obvious benefit being unlimited prayer and food.
