You get a free pet if you place #1, so I guess it balances it out?

Possible the event doesn't include the pet rate bonus cause the pet is still a new addition?

would it be possible to disable the melee prayer nex uses in its last phase in the morphing world for death users (during this event)? its really annoying and adds +2minutes to a kill (given that death is only melee and mage doesnt do damage at all).

Sounds like you would need to save a special attack at the very end.

yes but sometimes nex starts praying melee at 600 hp. i can assure you that you will have a lot of fun the next 5minutes trying to kill it with mage + the special.

yes but sometimes nex starts praying melee at 600 hp. i can assure you that you will have a lot of fun the next 5minutes trying to kill it with mage + the special.

Nex isn't meant to camp melee at the end so could be a bug report should be 5 hits soulsplit, 5hits melee pray (25ticks)

Nex switches every time she does 4 attacks, as the OSRS wiki says she should. There is an issue where she sometimes doesn’t pray soul split right away, and waits 4 attacks to pray it, but it’s not really a big deal imo

in the morph world i have had kills that nex prays melee from start to finish (in the last phase). Sometimes nex doesnt even pray at all, but most of the time its melee pray for the entire last phase (so maybe its bugged in the morph world?)

Maybe there is a possibility that instead of nex changing prayers, that she re rolls the prayers and that the same prayer style she is currently using is in the mix. so then it would be possible that she prays 5 or more times the same prayer style in a row?

Update: due to a bug in tracking both kills and damage (kills were being tracked far too many and no damage was being tracked) the event has been extended by 6 hours and all current tracked kills have been reset.
