Hello, might give Inferno a crack. Very cool content, interested to see whether it resembles the real game or not.

Couple questions;

1. How does PkHonor calculate prayer? Does it register against an attack on the same tick an NPC begins its attack (like OSRS) or the tick of the hitsplat?

2. How do NPCs move towards their target? Diagonally and then in a straight line (like OSRS) or otherwise?

3. Is flinching a mechanic in this game? In OSRS it's the way we deal with offticking sets at Zuk. https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Flinching

1. Prayer is calculated right before the attacking animation, just before a projectile is launched.

2. NPCs move sometimes unpredictably, this being because of our unique pathing but shouldn't come into play often enough to get you killed

3. Unfortunately no, I tried to test this with the new blobs that change their attack style based on your prayer every 5 seconds. They don't have the 3 tick delay before attacking, its instant.

3 doesn't address what I'm asking at all which makes me question your answers to 1 and 2.

We wait for Mike.

1. Same as osrs. Mike has confirmed this. Many people complain that it isn't the same, but that's just because of their latency. Most recent discussion on this: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=81957

2. It seems to differ depending on the size of the NPC, the attack styles they use, and the location of the content. Definitely not the same as osrs.

3. No. NPCs will instantly attack you as soon as you step out from under them. In some cases, an NPC can still attack you when you are under it. Additionally, the pathing that NPCs take when you are under them is different from osrs.

Thanks mate. So are you meant to just tank the ranger on Zuk or what?

Pretty sure you just kill it really fast with the pernix set effect + a blowpipe but maybe someone who finished it will know

Yeh, it's nothing like OSRS unfortunately. Nibblers attack pillars at multiple/weird spots, melee safespots are cooked, blobs don't check and attack correctly. Left before I could be bothered checking anything else.

I'm sure it'll still be fun for all of you. Good update idea at least.

Don't you mean that the infernal cape offers a +8 strength bonus meanwhile a max cape only gives a +5 strength bonus?
