Is there an option for "I recognize that not all punishments are dealt evenly, but also that it's not because the team as a whole (or even individual members) likes one player over the other, but rather, that there are short sights on what punishments other staff members are giving, slightly different interpretations of the rules, and different experiences that staff members have had with individuals that have a punishment record"?

Because that seems like something that we could actually use.

Seems like a pretty uninformative poll otherwise. Most people will vote yes (myself included).

Edit: well, I guess it's a "no" since you used the word 'favoritism', but the idea is that punishments aren't always dealt the same for a given situation, right?

There is always going to be some type of favoritism when it comes to this type of thing. That's just human nature.
