Can't Play PkHonor

Since the last update I cannot play the game, i've tried deleting everything, reinstalling, restarting my laptop, modem. I've tried all the different downloads available. It keeps showing me this message.

It begins to load up then tells me the connection has timed out.

At this point i'm unsure what more i can do to resolve this issue.

have you tried to clear cache from all files in pkhonor files and redowload?

I recommend trying the portable client. Weird though. We have multiple update servers, if you can't connect to one it should try another.

Yes i tried all that. I've sorted it now, reset my computer but kept all personal files, seemed to sort it out.
