If you're wearing the Slayer cape (with 200M slayer experience) and reset your slayer task while maintaining the streak (for points), you have a chance of not having to pay the price for resetting the streak. It will clearly state it in your chatbox

Not quite.
Same logic though, every loot from an npc is a 1:2 loot chance, either you get it or you don't.
