The special happens exactly 50% of the time (also tested this myself). This is what I had changed the dharok's axe to, and which I believe to be a good starting point. If however the dharok's axe now seems to be not strong enough, I can buff that. But for that, a long-term study would be the best indication - I'd like to know what PK'ers think about their everyday use of the dharok's set as it is now.

In any case, opinions seem to differ. Some think it's just fine as it is now, others find it too weak, too strong, too accurate, ...
As long as there is no definite majority of the players who has the same opinion, I'm afraid there isn't much we can do.

So I was DH pking yeterday, I'll say that at 30-40 HP, the DH is much more accurate, while being less accurate at 50-60 HP. But, as ^ said, at 5-15 HP, it's still pretty accurate.

I like dharok pking because it's fun and risky a bit.

I am a person who risks it for the biscuit.

I was fighting yesterday and at 6 hp, i hit 0's 4 time in a row and than died.

But when i'm at hp for 50-60 I manage to hit quite accurate and deal a good amount of around 50's

Dharok's axe doesn't seem to be very accurate to me, but I guess that could just be me. Although I agree that Dharok's axe hits a TON when below 90% of hp or whatever, it's very hard to get to that hp amount, but I have seen it hit quite a bit without the special effect. It is also a very slow weapon and two-handed though.

You should be able to hit 110's With the dharoks axe. Only when below 10% They effect should only be super powerful at 10%. I can't even get above an 87 with an honor account.
