Returning player unable to install client?

Hello all! Been many a year since I've played PKH. I've downloaded the windows installer, but when I try running the game once it's installed, it gets about 20% of the bar on the black loading screen then says "Error: Please try deleting C:Users\Kevin\Pkhonor\cache" I've tried this, ran it again, same result. I've also tried deleting the entire PKHonor folder, same result. Finally, I've tried deleting the windows installer and redownloading, same result.

Any ideas? Would really like to play again.

Welcome back brother Kevin! While you wait for someone to help you with this, maybe try the portable client instead? I personally use the JAR client myself because it works best for me. See you in-game brother!
