Can't log in to my account

I can log into my account on forums and have change my ingame password but when i come to log in it just says invalid password?

Need some help please.

Your forums password is not the same as your ingame password. You can reset your in game password through the User Control Panel.

i don't have an email set to my in game account and have forgot the password so i cant change it ive tried to set one but needs the in game password. need someone to look at my post on account recovery so it can be changed as quick as.
