I can help you if you want?
Here is how I did it:
1. Cut a uncut dragonstone with a chisel
2. Get a ball of Wool or make one from normal wool by using it on a spinning wheel(I suggest the one upstairs in crafting
guild or Lumbridge castle second floor.
3. Get a gold bar(or melt one gold ore).
4. You also need to get yourself one amulet mould
5. Then you go to the closest smithing furnace with all the items mentioned above and use
the gold bar on the smithing furnace.
6. Click on the option to make a dragonstone amulet (u).
7. Use the ball of wool on the dragonstone amulet (u) to make an actual amulet.
8. Then go back to your bank and use 15 water and earth runes plus one cosmic rune.
alternatively use a mud staff if you have that to save on water and earth runes.
9. (You need normal magic spellbook activated) Use the Enchantment spell "Lvl-5 Enchant" on the dragonstone amulet.
You need level 68 magic in order to use this enchantment spell!
10. There you go, an amulet of glory(4)!

You know what I'm not even mad, I'm impressed and honoured you took the time. This seems like a whole lot easier way to achieve a glory. Here's me thinking you need a comp cape for one!
