Actually I did...
Let's just stick to the fundamentals of the combat system before we continue on side suggestions to finally get a chance at overcoming @The underdog in the wilderness if you still are unable to with some proper fundamentals. Pathing and accuracy mostly, less major problems also for later discussion.

This server has catered to pvmers for most of this decade. Look how long it takes to get simple pk updates. It is 2020 and we still dont have decent pathing. Regardless of whether or not it is intentional, pkers feel like they have been ignored.
If we want to fix the issues related to pking, stop listening to pvmers and listen to pkers. Repopulate the pvp committee and find solutions there.

I agree we need to listen to PKers. I actually do PK, albeit not on PKH (anymore, or not serious at least) since a lot of things are fundamentally flawed with combat ever since I started in 2012. I didn't even bother and just went to spawnPK servers with better combat to get the PVP i wanted.

It always seems that the majority of these threads come down to bullshitting about random additions (e.g the risk thing) instead of coming with clear explanations and even videos of how combat is flawed. No wonder devs are going to put PVM stuff first as those suggestions and bug reports are mostly clear instead of a bunch of brainlets screeching "SHIT SERVER. X IS BROKEN. FIX. IS JUST BROKEN. WHAT? NO PK CONTENT? FUCK DEVS!"

Also, you know committees die out after a short time or end up being an elitist group of idiots not concerned by the fundamentals but by how they can make stuff easier for themselves and still end up dying anyways. These arguments are constantly recycled even when refuted.

The risk system would merely stop raggers from being able to pj a kill unless they risk x amount. Because why should someone have to outlast a person just to be met with 10 naked accounts when the kill was right there. Its based off of your risk on death not all the other random stuff yall were talking about so you skull and say your items lost on death totals to 5b you can hit that person. However, if someone in max was to hit someone not risking as much he is now free to be attacked by anyone for I think the times usually around 5 minutes or until bank. @Pim

If you filter out all the off-topic stuff, it seems like quite a nice debate, let's keep it that way please.

I think priority should be to have a properly working combat system (pathing and accuracy) after that it would be nice to add stuff like the risk system. Mentioned a few things on Discord as well which would be great if it got looked into.

As far as I remember Accuracy was pretty random but mostly it wasn’t THAT bad/not that far off of OSRS. Mage on 07 is pretty powerful vs no/low mage defence (you’ll constantly hit 30+ barrages in max mage) but at the same time some decent mage defence with augury and even max mage will splash on you often. Not sure if Pkhonor calculates Mage defence the same way but on 07 it’s 70% Magic level 30% defence level + Your mage defence bonus.

Risk protection is really useful if you want some sort of clan vs clan consistency in deep wilderness, let me explain why.

1. Stops people from multi logging bolters and ragging deep wild, you can argue that it doesn’t exist on 07, well on 07 you don’t have access to infinite accounts and wilderness teleports cost you money/time.

2. It encourages people to pk in risk, keep in mind risk protection doesn’t work in multi or if u initiate combat (unless you report/wait 5 minutes on most RSPS).

Right, you’ll need membership, alot of progress, and evey item holds value on 07
