Believe that had more to do with the progress made between them than the passage of time. Can’t speak for Thoby, but personally have not made much progress this past week due to the Fourth of July weekend and a rollout at my actual job. Be patient and we will keep you updated!

When I get around to writing one

The past week we've been working on mostly technical stuff, like pathing for some of the Theatre NPCs. If I wrote that in a developers blog it would be quite anticlimactic and short. I'd rather present developers blogs worth reading, and I think 1 week isn't really the interval in which people think we're ghosting. Like I mentioned in the first blog:

We will aim to write these on a regular basis. However, some weeks are filled with more available development time than other; and we don’t just want to have to post apologies for not being able to get work done. So don’t hate us for not posting, just be happy when we do

Skillcape perks look really nice! Is there any new information about the current state of those perks? Has there been decided upon the last 2 skills yet? Any ETA on the release of those perks?

As decided by Jeremy's poll, the suggested skillcape perks will be used for implementation.
As far as I'm aware, the skillcape perks - alongside the 2b capes - are ready for review.
No definite date though, all depending on scheduling and prioritization.
