House Servant Issue

I recently removed my servants bed and soon after replaced it with a higher construction lvl one. My servant disappeared as expected but when I left and went back he wasn't anywhere in sight. I have a bell in the dining room but it didn't seem to do anything. I also tried to logout and log back in and I'm still having issues. Is there something specifically I need to do in order to have him back? Or is it simply just a somewhat minor bug?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

you'll need to remove the bedrooms and rebuild them, that's the only way I know of to fix the issue.

I've also heard building a new room with a bed, a third one, will bring him back.

Have you ever considered treating him better and he wouldn't leave you?

I'll admit I did treat him and his family poorly.

I ended up building a third bedroom and he reappeared!
