adam, it may be my own stupid fault for not being more careful, i have now recovered my account and i have learned that i have been cleaned, i had a lot of items in the bank, i logged in and i was in the duel arena, checked my ::wealth and it wasnt the 50b i was expecting to see, i have less 8,600m aproximate wealth, i have even lost my prem title which is something i would never of got rid of as i bought it using real currency.

i will definatley take more care in the future when i create new accounts to new places, fortunatly i dont have online banking so thats a positive, i will definatley take on board what you have said, this is a very important lesson in which i will learn from.

in regards to all my possesions and my donor status being staked at duel by someone other than me whoever had access to my account please could i get those items back or at least receive the total wealth i was worth before i temporarily left the game?

thank you very much, again this has been a lesson, my own stupidity which i wrongly blamed on the pkhonor server i apologise for the false assumption i made, it would be very much appreciated if i could get all my wealth back in particular certain items such as my premium status and my serp helm those are the 2 main things im bothered about i dont mind having the rest in cash if its too much effort going through all individual items.

I'm afraid that's not true. Having donated for something does not change anything about whether it can be refunded after a hacker steals it. It's purely a question if these items can still be recovered from the hacker's accounts or not. Donating is not an automatic lifetime insurance policy for your items. As much as we'd like to, that would be way too dangerous for abuse.

PayPal donations themselves can of course be refunded for up to 2 months, but only if the items are still in your possession.

You were hacked due to your own poor account security. If you were hacked due to some mistake on our end, you would obviously be refunded. The issue is that sometimes the hacker will send the wealth into the economy. If we were to spawn items for all these cases, people would abuse it. Post a refund thread and Ely will recover whatever he can.
