PoH/Skilling?

I've been going back and forth readin the perks in PoH, such as your range giving you bonus exp and less chance to burn. Including bonus exp to your own Magic Trees being cut, so on and so forth.

::skilling offers the same bonuses? More exp actually? I'm just confused on why offer PoH bonuses when ::skilling offers much more. Is there a difference between the two in certain aspects? Please help, I'm looking to maximize my burning chance and exp including with other skills to know what is the best experience.

Back in the day I'd cut my own trees in my own house and cook in there for maximum exp and burn chance. Does this ::skilling area dungeon also better than your own PoH Dungeon? For exp/pts/loot bonuses.

Do everything in the skilling zone besides prayer and smithing. Do those in premium skilling zone.

Do lighting both incense stack with prayer brawlers?

POH skilling is only useful when you want to bot in peace. Otherwise use the skilling zone.

No, just use brawlers in prem skilling. Same exp and faster.
