17 November Hotfixes

Today's micropatch fixed one major issue, as well as two minor ones:

Fixed a bug where placeholder equipment could be withdrawn with 0 amounts via presets
Fixed the double agent being able to melee from a distance
Fixed pets following you around like MC Hammer
