salve e help please

so im curious about salve e mechanics
i know in pvm you lose salve e and keep eveything else
i know in pvp it depends if the salve e is in ur 3 kept items
but what if ur at vetion (salve e works on vetion) and a pker comes and you have vetion+pker hitting you and you die, what happens to the salve e then? or what determines if its a npc or pker that kills me?

Whenever a pker damages you in the wild, a death will count as a pvp death. So if they hit you at Vet'ion and you die, pvp death mechanics will occur.

Correct. The salve will not destroy unless you have been killed only by Vet'ion.
