issues with honor accs..

So, as posted, i have an honor account im having issues with. My enchanted bolt shots are not procing. ive seen other players proc with d bolt hits and ruby bolt hits but honors dont proc. i went on my other acc and it procs fine...can this be fixed please??

To be honest you should be using blowpipe. I'll check later today to see if my honour procs though.
