Forgot usernames and passwords

I forgot the username and passwords for my other accounts

The only account I can remember is Z75 (this account) and "urdadisgay"

is it possible to get the passwords and usernames for each of my accounts?

Yeah they could find all accounts made by you assuming it was under the same IP as your other accounts, try posting a thread in the recovery section (viewforum.php?f=58) with the required format and an admin will get back to you as soon as possible.
