Saw it in the old client as well and checked and I am pretty sure it's supposed to be like that (not a glitch). But you could change it if you want to.

Consider it done - I've removed the amounts from the bank tabs. Looks like that was simply because of the default way items are drawn and I just had to add an exception for bank tabs to not show the amounts.

If you feel like there are any other such small improvements PkHonor needs, please let us know :)

literally doesn't effect a single thing, if it's there leave it if it's not don't add it. same thing either way.

I personally think it looks good but that doesn't matter. The majority says that it looks ugly. You would have to remodel the entire bank to make it look nice to them so just leave it out - it's never been a problem for anyone.
