Testserver release 26 October 2016! Also, halloween event!

Turns out there's still an error in one of our database queries. Considering these queries literally take hours to execute, it'll take at least several more hours before we can release the testserver. I'd hoped to get it released this morning, but just a couple of bugs in the queries have caused massive delay on the release.

It's doubtful we can release it today, so either midnight today or early tomorrow.
