If it's the server I just checked out, Their game mechanics are shit. We will definitely report on our progress, although there won't be much to say about the first phase. We have to start by changing thousands upon thousands of ID's to make sure all the items and NPC's are the same. We'll probably whip up something to partially automate this process but in the end we'll still have to verify everything manually so it'll take some time.
