18 & 19 February updates: PK'ing leaderboards

> Fixed the bug that could cause multiple Commander Zilyana's to be spawned for Ironman mode players
> Fixed the bug that made the combat interface not immediate update when switching to a Korasi's sword or Armadyl Crossbow
> The Trident of the Seas now has a passive +20% accuracy bonus
> The Dharok's set has received a small accuracy bonus when you're at lower hitpoints
> Fixed a bug where losing a stack of items would cost you too many coins if the stack went to your refund box on death (mostly applies to Ironman mode players). If you have a stack of items in your refund box that costs too much, please post a refund thread and we'll sort it out for you

> PK'ing leaderboards released! You can check these leaderboards in Edgeville.
There are 5 different leaderboards, each of them will show the 5 highest ranked players who in the past 7 days have obtained:
- The most Bounty Hunter kills
- The highest tier of Bounty Hunter emblem
- The highest Bounty Hunter target streak
- The most overall kills
- The highest killstreak

If there's a tie between players, then the most recent one will take precedence.


Being ranked in any of the leaderboards will give you the following benefits:
- Rank 1 - 5: all BH penalties are halved and you get double PkHonor points on any kill
- Rank 1 - 4: +50% chance of obtaining an artifact on a BH kill and +20% chance on clue scrolls from wilderness monsters
- Rank 1 - 3: 25% chance of getting +2 emblem levels intead of +1 on kill and double slayer points from wilderness monsters
- Rank 1 - 2: a small chance of obtaining an elite clue scroll from any player kill
- Rank 1: a chance to randomly receive 1K - 25K free bounty hunter points on a BH kill and a chance to receive 50 - 300 PkHonor Points on any player kill

To clarify, this means a player ranked first in a leaderboard gets all of the 5 benefits listed above. If you're ranked in multiple leaderboards, then only your highest rank will count.

Mike i noticed there is a spot on the shore near kraken where you can use a halberd. There is also enough room for a dwarf multi-cannon to be placed. Maybe we could see some interesting improvements to kraken in the future.

A cannon can indeed be placed, but the Kraken is immune to cannon damage

Also, the kraken is immune against any and all melee damage so even if you could reach it with a halberd, it won't do much good.

But thanks for pointing it out, you never know if I missed something, right? And I'd rather have 10 players reporting the same bug than nobody at all (which happens all the time - people assume a bug was already reported when it often wasn't).
