Abyssal whip or ranged weaponry, any weapon under tier 60 (DONT FORGET DRAGONFIRE SHIELD!)
Dwarf Multicannon and some balls (req for fasty kills =])

OK SO FIRST, I BET ALL PREM MEMBERS KNOW HOW P.O.H WORKS,

GO INTO UR HOUSE, PORTAL ROOM BUILD A GREATER FOCUS AND BUILD PORTAL FRAME, THEN PAY THE FOCUS 300M FOR THE FROST DRAGON PORTAL!
THEN U GEAR UP ENTER THE FROST DRAGON CAVE AND ENJOY 4M PER BONE!!!! U CAN ALSO GET LIKE 3-8M FOR A BONE ONCE I SOLD 100 BONES FOR 15M EACH! THATS 1.5B! IN LESS THAN A HOUR! IN LIKE 20 MINUTES U CAN GET LIKE 120 BONES WITH THE CANNON

HAPPY HUNTING! THESE DRAGONS ALSO DROP DRAGONIC VISAGES GOT 2 IN 100 KILLS BUT I GUESS I WAS LUCKY GOODLUCK GUYS AND HAPPY HUNTING
