If you didnt want it to be too hard you shouldnt have made an ironman. I don't see why ironman should be able to profit from exp and boss events, because thats pretty much against everything ironman is about.

To be fair, the point of ironman is to play single player mode, with no help from others.

Does this mean you cannot have bonus exp, no. But, does this mean bonus exp weekends or anything of that nature should be open to Ironman also? No, and I'll explain.

The way ironman is right now, is still in beta mode. People are grinding hard to gain stats, exp, bank, you name it. How ridiculous would it be to know that someone who took say 4 hours to get 99 prayer, can be out experienced by someone who stocked up enough bones to get 99 prayer in under 45 minutes.

I don't think exp weekends are the greatest idea for ironman, at least give it a month or two while it's still being sought out by many new, and older players.


( Focus on fixing the issues with the mode at hand please).


THEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO IMPLEMENT A BONUS EXP WEEKEND OR DAY, it should be totally random with NO
prior implications that there's one coming up. Right now, people know of this potential bonus exp week, and have stocked up on 99 construction etc, which is pretty awful at this time. Everyone who plays a few hours this weekend will most likely be maxed by the end, takes the fun and competition out of it.





As for the godwars events, not even possible until ironman are given a height/room to themselves. I went to bandos, and had a guy come in and smack it once with death and then go afk. Quite pathetic IMO.

Brandon, not telling when a 2x event will happen takes away the purpose of having an event, advertising the server....

For iroman, not the entire server. No one said that both ironman and normal events have to coexist at once, hint why this upcoming one was only intended for ironman.

Secondly, where do you see advertising a double exp week for ironman? I saw it only on the forums, one post by Mike. How many players do you think you're really attracting when probably every 1/5 people who join will make a forums account.
