Donors and/or prems should get a benefit from construction, maybe a hammer that gives more exp along smithing, or special rooms maybe...

maybe not dungeons donar+, but instead like certain elements of the dungeon, like the better bosses/chests/traps etc. Also the same for the top items above ground

A special (yet somewhat expensive) hammer for extra construction XP might actually be a nice donator feature. However, dungeons will most likely be for all players. For now, I will simply continue the development on the construction skill, add all possible features the skill could have and then assign some of those features to be donator- or premium-only.
