Helpers now receive a +7% XP bonus in the skills trained at the skilling center instead of +5% (same deal as with staff members, but the perk is more limited)

There should never be an incentive to become a helper or moderator other than to solely benefit the server through your actions.

I agree. I mean shit they already get to teleport around and shit. Just having the crown or I next to their name gives them power in itself.
