The extra xp for staff members sounds great to me because they sacrifice alot without getting anything back for it. I've thought about giving staff perks before but it always came down that I was afraid people would go for mod for the perk.
How about trials? And is there a minimum for mods to get this perk? Like 3 months before you get the extra xp?
How about people who have multiple accounts. I know some people were mod on an alt and a normal players on their main. Which one gets the extra xp?

Don't understand why you keep increasing the drop rate right when the pet comes out. Like increase the normal drop rate for the other items but not for the pet. Whole reason for pets is to have something to actually work for.

I do like the content itself though
