Yes, prayer potions are important but I like my fights to flow so I vote against a delay.

Also, what'll happen when multiple potions are consumed? I.e. Brews after an ovl. Surely there should be some sort of delay then?
Any potion prevents another potion being drunk for a period of time. I'm not quite sure how many ticks this is, however. It's 2-4 I really don't know exactly though. So, yes, there is a delay between potions so you can't stack them up.

This update will ONLY remove the delay to your other actions (attacking).
