premium users have the luxury of using the inferno adze which allows them to earn up to 450pkp an hour
other users would benefit from collecting some type of resource, mahoganys, teaks, steel bars, runite ore, slayer, any general time you are making a decent amount of xp per hour you will be earning pkp, woodcutting has been mentioned to earn almost 250pkp an hour for non donators

Leveling methods:
Levels 1-99
For new accounts the quickest method to leveling up would of course be ::pure att, ::pure str, ::pure def, ::pure mage, ::pure range
This will automatically jump your selected skill from 1 to 99, but can only be used on 3 of the 5 shown stats. This means youll probably be stuck training one or the other as well as HP.
I recommend using your spell book and clicking the combat training teleport where you then select the Rellekka option. Rock crabs have always been the quickest/easiest option for just getting 99 combat stats.
Level 99+
On PkH our skill ceiling goes up to 2,000,000,000 experience. So the stretch from not just 13.1m to 200m but from 200m to 2b takes some dedication. try the spoiler for some suggestions to maxing your experience.
