in an hour it took me 1 minute and it is by killing mith. dragons

Requirments

99 attack
99 strength
99 hitpoints
99 defense
43 prayer

GEAR AND SETUP

This for RICH players

I Used
4 sharks
1x super atk potion
1x super str potion
You can use 4x overloads if you want
6x anti-fire potions
Sara godsword
and the rest super prayer potion

By using anti-fire potions and Dragon fire shield you will be Immune to them

HOW TO GET THERE

Then you run EAST directly

HOW TO KILL

You drink some of the Anti-Fire potion you can get some Overloads if you want

You pray melee

You can use your SPEC. Weapon you got for fast kill

YOU CAN ALSO GO KILL MITH. DRAGONS IN WILDERNESS
BUT BE CAREFUL FROM PKERS

In the wilderness, drop rates for elite and hard clue scrolls are 2x the normal rate

DROPS YOU COLLECT

CLUE SCROLLS ELITE OR HARD
ONLY NOTED DRAGON BONES AND UNCUT ONYX THEY ALSO DROP DRAGON FULL HELM

I GOT AN ELITE CLUE SCROLL FROM MY FIRST KILL TO THEM WHICH COSTS LIKE
1B TICKET AFTER YOU DO IT

Mithril dragons drop Dragon full helms, aswell.

You could make a note on the bottom that you can kill mithril dragons in the wildy as well. Those give a 2x droprate on elite clue scrolls. But people have to be aware that you have the risk to get killed and lose your armour, so it is advisable to use low risk armour.

The sharks in your inventory are pretty useless, because if you do it right, you won't get hit at all with protect melee+dfs+antifire pot. Safes some inventory spots

Really good money making method (something I tell new players if they ask me for one) and a proper guide.
