Voting rework

Great to see on 3 different pages instead of only 1!

Also: Name titles ( http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Titles ) -Wasnt specified, perhaps 1000 votes per title << ABOUT TIME!

Perhaps the "noob" titles should be around 500 points and the better more awesome titles should be between 1000-2000.

Currently, premium gets 32. This is 41. Add in that Runelocus lets you vote twice per day and you get to 53.

Today, I'm starting to introduce a series of changes to the voting system. I'll update this post as more changes have been made available to the players. Feel free to make additional suggestions or give feedback on the changes already in effect.

9 February 2015 (already in effect)
-> As of now, whenever you vote, you have a small chance at getting a whopping 500 voting points (which equals 500M coins or a mystery box) instead of the regular 20/24/32.
