PkHonor in 2014:
In 2014 we have seen alot of changes, both big or small. Some of the big updates we have seen in 2014.
- Combat System Rebalance, alot of items got their stats changed to make our combat system more stable.
- Introduction of Slayer Streaks and Slayer Points, this made de Slayer skill way more attractive and brings more enjoyment in the skill.
- Clue Scrolls/Treasure Trails, with the clue scrolls we were able to introduce alot of new items and something new to do if you have done most on the game already
- Morph Realm, with morphed players having their own height, we were able to balance the difference between very strong morphed players and normal combat players.
- Wildy Wyrm Update, the WildyWyrm update changed the way how the WildyWyrm works. Thanks to this update it's easier to kill the WildyWyrm and more attractive to kill it/PK at it's zone.
- Mass disconnection issues, due to this update we're more stable then ever before!
- The Construction Skill, the biggest update ever seen! The Construction skill brought us alot of new players and new content. PkHonor was the first ever server with a full working Construction skill.
- Max Cape and Completionist Cape, with these big milestone capes, we have found a way for dedicated players to show off their awesome achievements.
- The introduction of a Helper Team, thanks to our loyal helpers, we're able to have a better support system then ever!
- A new helpcenter, with this new helpcenter, it's more easy for new players to start off with their skills!
- Improved macroing detection, thanks to this system we were able to catch more cheaters then ever before!
- The Castle Wars Minigame, the minigame that was long promised, but never got around to due to it's big amount of work. We're glad we could bring this great minigame to PkHonor.
- Correcting History Quest, a new and hard quest for the best skilled players giving you a great reward!
- Festive Events, with the season events Halloween and Christmas, we could celebrate these events with the community!
- Crystal Key chest, an update to give you something extra for killing all monsters daily!
- Zaros Godswords, the strongest godswords in-game with great bonuses, again something you guys wanted to see
But don't forget the small updates too, such as:
- ::pc, a simple command that tells you how many players are at Pest Control.
- Zaryte bow fix, the bow used to be able to wear along with a shield making it very strong.
- Several dupe fixes, PkHonor is dupe free, wich will make us able to keep the economy stable on it's own.
- Several bug fixing, this made PkHonor run more stable and bug-free then ever!
- PkHonor Protection, thanks to this great update by Rapsey, PkHonor has barely seen any downtimes in the past year!
- Enhanced item emotes, Flared trousers dancing, hitting someone with a rubber chicken a few small and funny updates because you asked for it!
- Updated Slayer Point Store, XP lamps! The long waited for lamps to give you a great amount of XP for your Slayer dedication.
- Smithing zone update, it's now more easy to train Smithing in Port Phasmatys due to the door being open all the time
Or what about promotions?
- Patel becoming the Administrator of Recoveries
- Rick becoming the Administrator of Appeals
- Donderstone becoming the official 3rd Programmer of PkHonor!
- And ofcourse our great dedicated Moderators and Helpers!
- Sadly 2014 was also the year that we lost our manager Maurits, but heads up, we will go on!
2014 was a great year to look back on, but it's time that we move to a new year marked as: 2015!
What will 2015 offer PkHonor?
In 2015 we will be able to see more content then before, now that we have 2 active Game Developers that will bring out content for us. I'll give you a small sneak preview on updates that will come to PkHonor over the year of 2015.

- Improved management of PkHonor's staff and helper team
- Extra protection for players against trade and duel scams by improved interfaces and the addition of dueling presets
- A small permanent XP and PkPoint gain bonus for all players who have a bank pin set, in order to motivate everyone to have a bank pin and keep their account secure! The reward will last as long as you have a pin set.
- Automated password and bank pin recoveries! Players will be motivated to link an e-mail address to their account (reward undisclosed as of yet), this will allow people to recover their password with a single click. This will greatly reduce the amount of password recoveries, but there will always be an admin of recoveries for the other cases.
- Price checker that allows you to see the estimated value of your inventory
- Glacors, these strong monsters won't be the easiest to kill, but on the other side will introduce you a few great items that are really usefull.
- Avatar Bosses, these new strong bosses will be really hard to kill, probably solo even impossible, but I'm sure that our dedicated PvM'ers will find their way around!
- More treasure trails, we have found out that this update was one of the best that brought us alot more enjoyment, therefore we decided we want to offer you even more treasure trails!
- New items, we want to offer you more high level items, these could be armour sets, but also weapons!
- Pet System, pets have been promised a long time, but due to the big amount of work they have been delayed as Castle Wars was our priority, 2015 will bring you your very own little friend!
- New Quest(s), we have noticed that quests is something that almost everyone enjoys, therefore 2015 will also bring PkHonor new quests.
- More Donator rewards, we're really thankfull for all players that share a donation towards the server, thanks to your donation, we are able to keep PkHonor online and we want to give you more in return for that!
- Voting shop update, we appreciate every vote we get on the server, bringing us to the op is not only a reward for youself that we become bigger, but you're able to get your hands on new items too!
- Wilderness Update, we noticed that the Wilderness is not as attractive as it used to be, we want to change that and we will! Expect a way more attractive Wilderness this year.
...and that's only for the next few months! What the summer will bring us, nobody knows yet. But it's looking great
2015 will be your year! More content that YOU want, we are COMMUNITY DRIVEN and will show that your opinion counts! Thanks to our dedicated Game Quality Committee you will see more updates that you actually want to see. A huge thanks to them, without them we wouldn't know what you guys exactly want and would waste too much time on thinking what we actually should focus on.
