I like verson2 v1 the best but i think that the bar with the [HOME, PLAY NOW!, FORUMS, WIKI, DONATE, HIGHSCORES, SUPPORT.] buttons on it should be changed around and maybe spread out a little more.

Maybe make the slideshow have the option to pause them.

Will the online players section be more accurate than it currently is? (just curious)

you should put a section under the online players, it could have links to helpful guides to new players, or anything really.

Instead of the social networks at the bottom you could have like a facebook button in the grey to the left of the "PKHONOR" @ the top of the page and a youtube link on the right.

Chances are, if a shoutbox is implemented, moderators and forum moderators will be able to issue mutes and shoutbox bans which would be a bonus in the scenario you mentioned.
