Very few things, but yeah, and some of them can get pretty expensive. Those items aren't necessary for training the skill but allow you to build vanity items in your house at higher construction levels like demonic thrones. I'd hope paying for these and paying for rooms would be the expensive part, while planks and training would be the hard work part.

Construction is very high exp in rs, so it should be high exp. You can't make it too expensive because no ones going to train it otherwise as it doesn't affect their combat or help them in any extreme way.
Hunter was pretty damn slow and that was one the most recent update skill-wise.

make it around... 2-3b for 99? it will still cost a shitton for the dedicated players to get 2b exp... anyway xp rates should be pretty high, like rs. It would be the one skill where you can make money off of, and in fact lost a hefty amount (2-3b is many newer players banks)

Using your own planks it only costs 72m. And buying them is 220m, don't know where you got your numbers from rick. If the planks are untradeable it would be like using your own planks.
