At least if you're aiming on getting kills instead of being a baws and risk it with the dh axe on 1hp to hit a 0

From all my 100-150 dharoks fights I have only seen one decent axe hit. A 87 was hit on me, (pk vid 20 at the end).

I want more than 20% accuracy when I'm risking it under 20 hp.

If the accuracy is buffed by 10-30% it's fine I think.
