Whats the difference between ''crystal bow/shield full'' and ''new crystal shield/bow''?

Remind me how you get crystal seeds? (And others)

Once a crystal bow or shield has fully degraded, it will turn into a seed. You can also directly transform a bow into a seed at the elf in Seer's village, but there's usually no point in that unless you want them to build a crystal throne in your player-owned house.

None really, the new ones are the ones you get from the drops, as soon as you do one hit with your bow (or get hit once with your shield), it'll degrade to a 'crystal bow/shield full' (just like how ahrim's robetop will degrade to ahrim's robetop 100 after a single hit),

A few bugs

1) Souls comp cape still doesn't have it's passive effect implemented.

2) My comp cape gets unequiped when I login, even though I have completed the quest.
