Pretty sure he meant 10% on top of smite

Just an idea, i think they need to be special imo

They won't be tradeable.

Could it made possbily that you'd need to get "Saradomin arrows" To use the saradomin godbow? To obtain them, you'll have to kill sara GWD, making it a way for moneymaking aswell.

I think they should be both, and make both of them stronger than they are now/dark bows

Will you lose any charges with chaotic weapons if you die with them?

imo, implement robbies suggestion (ill find link in a minute, its about the upgraded trade rights) and make them tradeable through ge, this way its a money sink and they're tradeable.
