Security book/ Stronghold notes:
The 2nd latest discontinued item is security book/stronghold notes. When you withdrawed a skull sceptre noted, it turned into a security book. When you banked this book, it'd remain noted (as far as I know) and if you withdraw it noted again it turns into stronghold notes. Mike fixed the bug, now skull sceptre cannot be noted.

When you banked the security book, it would turn back into a Skull sceptre.

I actually am I responsible for this item being in the game.

I reported this bug to Mike, might not seem harmful but it allowed you to trade Skull sceptres.
Mike changed the Id for noted skull scepteres a couple days after reported, but I kept the noted security book in my inventory. I banked it and it remained a noted Security book, and only by accident I found out that when you note it it turns into stronghold notes.
