99 in all skills, possibly some XP amount, maybe have to have at least 1 skill to 2b xp or some shit, or a total xp of over 10b idfk just SOME xp requirement
500 kills of all GwD bosses - 50-100 Nex kills
I guess like 50 kills of every other big boss or some shit
10 void sets, obtained from Pest Control (meaning you can't buy it)
Win fight pits x amount of times
Some CW requirement when that comes out but idrk much about it
250 wilderness kills
x amount of PkP
100b coins OR sacrifice a magic stone.
25k slayer points

And Ben, I would think that the req would unlock the cape for purchase, and the cape would be like 1M or something small like that.

I agree, or atleast 30B XP. I mean, getting all 99s what is that? Well.. that's 30 Hours, with a totally new account, with nothing on it. 30 hours is nothing, so why not 30B xp?
