This is for people (like me) who want to make overloads, but all the ingredients are quite confusing. So I made this chart, showing the items/ingredients, where to get the items, and the price for every item. Color coded and neat. This is my first post, so sorry if i did something wrong when i post this.

No it isn't, for super strengths it's Kwuarm, for Extremes it's Dwarf Weed.
