Equipment you need!
.Axe (Depends on woodcutting level) (Best axe to use is a dragon axe)
.Knife.
.Normal Logs.

How to make arrow shafts.

.Cut down normal trees

.Use the knife on one of the logs.
(click "Make shafts"

Then repeat!

Prices:
Each Shaft = 2500
1000 Shafts = 2.5M
10k Shafts = 25M

(Possible to make 10k a hour or more!)

Are these prices the prices at junk store?
Add how much fletching exp you get for dong this.
Maybe add how to get to woodcutting area with a picture to make the guide more appealing.
Very short guide but I guess you can't really make a big guide of this. Not a great money method if you ask me, but it is one....

Why make guide when this is litterly the worst way for money ever 25m an hour? I can make more then that killing goblins and selling bones (not really you get the point tho)

a friend of mine asked for a skilling guide for low requirements and well this is what i did so its ok for me.

You can fletch arrow shafts for low levels then make short-bows, stocks or long-bows that will give you more profit, fletching arrow shafts for hours together is
useless unless you need them in millions to make your bank look cool.
