Changes and a resignation..

First of all I would like to thank Herrodragon for his help on Pkhonor as a staff member, he resigned today.

Then some changes...

Report a Staff member.
Perhaps you might have already notice, you can no longer reply on staff reports.
I decided to do this due to the imense amount of spam it sometimes brings up.
If you do however have vital evidence to a case and you're not the reporter, you're always free to pm me.
Vital evidence is screenshots/videos that can prosecute/defend the reported staff member.

Due to a small mistake I also can't reply on staff reports at this point, which is why non are dealt with yet.
This should be fixed soon and I'll look into the staff reports then.

Leave of Absence.
I've added certain time periods to leave of absence. Meaning if a moderator can't be on Pkhonor AT ALL for 2-3 weeks, they will be temporarily or permanently demoted.
This is to keep away from moderators not beeing on Pkhonor at all, yet still shown as staff members. Thus making players wonder why they're not doing anything.
Obviously in special circumstances they can always speak with me and I will then judge which aproach I will take on the LOA.

From reading the title I thought you were resigning, quite a scare.
Herro was a decent moderator, but I think the pressure from our community took him.

So instead of looking at the reports on him, and looking at his recent behavior, you let him resign instead of demoting him for being bias, hypocritical, abusing his powers...etc?

Honestly this "resignation" is a joke, he should have been demoted for his recent actions, instead of having the option to respectfully resign. The only good thing that comes from this is he can't be a bias/power abusing moderator now.
