Nice work Mike! I hope you need to get logs to buy planks though, some people have hoarded them already. If they're just buyable from a shop... grrr.

No, planks will definitely not be sold in shops, but will require logs to make. This will also give the woodcutting skill a better use. And those that already hoarded them will certainly find their time not wasted.

They're logs you can make planks from I think.
So not maple.

Oak, Mahogany, Teak, etc.

Yes, all items and objects used in the construction skill are present in PkHonor. As for planks, the 'plank make' spell will definitely be one way to make planks, but there will probably also be a sawmill or something like that. That has to be determined yet.

In theory, You'd just need to enable(or make) the fence work.

Personally, I'd love to see the need for 50+ agility to cross the gate to make Planks.

I can't get inside, as I'm not an honor, and no admins were on at the time, but I'm sure you could add some simple Object on Object thing, where you use logs on a sawmill, and you get planks.

(Not sure if there is any saws in there, but there are natural spawns in there, just regular logs(Suggesting you keep those there)

When construction is released, I may actually log in.
I haven't seen any 317 or server for that matter have construction working to a good enough standard. But reading this thread is making me more interested in keeping up with it.

I have to admit there are a ton of technical challenges when it comes to construction. However, one by one, I'm managing to overcome them and get one step closer to make this skill a fact. It will however still take quite some time and a shitton of work.

this plank made things should be come out b4 construction so ppl could get ready for that skill.
and maybe skillers could make cash on selling planks.

i like to see the new update mike.
