Make magic stones more rare?

Even though magic stones are a rather rare reward from elite clue scrolls, there still seem to be quite some in the game, perhaps even too many.

Should the droprate on magic stones from elite caskets be lowered, or not?
Keep in mind that the magic stone will receive a 'buff' in near future. As in: building a demonic throne with a magic stone will result in several (though mostly cosmetic) features (also see http://forums.pkhonor.net/viewtopic.php?f=73&t=13006).

Just because 3 people obtained death, doesn't mean three people obtained a mstone...

it means 3 mstones came into the game to allow this to happen, one time, i saw 6 deaths at bandos at one time.

Hmmm, I think this. We have the space to hold more Deaths after the update, so I am undecided
