This, is there a way to nerf it only while Pking? Pretty useful with PvM

They do happen a lot while pking, it is quite annoying on a pure.

If they were to be altered then only do it by a minor amount. Yes they do occur 'often' but not ridiculously often. Maybe lower it a tiny bit
